We are extremely thrilled to announce that major upgrades are on the horizon at YoPrint! We are always trying to make things better for you to enhance your print shop and we are fired up to share what’s in store.
Here’s what you can expect from YoPrint V2.
Enhanced Sales Order, Jobs, Invoices, & Shipments
- We are doing a complete rewrite of our system, focusing on improved performance and functionality.
- More flexibility in managing invoices: create one or more invoices per order, either post-quote conversion or post-fulfillment.
- No mandatory shipments when creating orders. Say goodbye to “packing” fees into shipments!
- Concurrent editing of sales orders, enabling better collaboration.
Why Are We Doing This?
Automation and Shopify sync needed a way for us to manage our invoices differently to make it work seamlessly. Our initial version of automation ran into multiple issues due to the limitation of our existing system and was getting delayed countless times.
Long story short, we decided to build a robust foundation for future features and we needed a completely new Sales Order, Jobs, Invoices & Shipments system to power it out. These upgrades will address past limitations and also pave the way for more seamless integrations and expansions.
More exciting features are in the pipeline, with Automation and Shopify sync being our ultimate focus, and will only be the beginning. Trust us, we have more coming your way 😉
What Does This Mean For You?
Awesome updates are coming your way, and we highly appreciate your support and patience as we make this move as smooth as possible. YoPrint will have a brief downtime, most likely over a weekend for the database updates. We will keep you posted so that you can work around it.
Post-upgrade, you will be greeted with the same layout but with a fresh coat of paint, enhanced performance, and cutting-edge technology.
Attention API Users!
We will be introducing many significant changes and new endpoints to our APIs. If you are currently using our API endpoint, please contact support@yoprint.com with the endpoints you are using for a detailed migration guideline.
Zapier Users Take Note!
For Zapier users, we are making changes to our object IDs. Zapier 1.x.x integration will be updated to make it backwards compatible. We will also release a Zapier 2.0.0 version which will require you to manually upgrade to the new version. An upgrade guide for existing users with details on what has changed will be sent out. Alternatively, you can also contact support@yoprint.com once we’ve rolled out Zapier 2.0.0.
When to expect these changes?
We are targeting a January release, with a February deadline. This is a huge venture since the birth of YoPrint, we will do our very best to keep you updated every step of the way for a seamless transition. Our team of engineers are working hard to bring codes to life.

As a token of our appreciation for your continued support and faith, ALL EXISTING SUBSCRIBERS WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THE NEW PRICING STRUCTURE.
You will continue enjoying the same feature sets at the same great pricing you’ve come to love. New features will also be sneaked in as we see fit into your plans.
