Does YoPrint charge transaction fees?
Nope! We will only charge you a fixed subscription rate each billing cycle so there will be no surprise charges.
Does YoPrint have a contract?
Nope! You can upgrade, downgrade, and cancel anytime.
Why a cloud-based solution?
With traditional software, you are responsible for installing and configuring the software. There is no guarantee that the software will keep working every time you update your Windows or Mac OS. What happens when there is an issue renewing my subscription?
We understand sometimes the unexpected happens. We will always notify you via email whenever there is an issue with renewing your subscription. We also provide you with a 15 days grace period during which you will have full access to YoPrint to ensure you have ample time to resolve any issues.
Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign-up
No! You can sign up and try YoPrint for 15 days without entering your credit card. When you are ready to move forward, pick a plan, enter your credit card details and pick up where you left off.
Can I upgrade / downgrade anytime?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We will prorate your plan.
How do I migrate from my existing system?

Can I use my domain name for customer portal?
Yes! You can use your domain name for your customer portal or use our free subdomain at any time. We will automatically provision and configure the required SSL certificates for your customer portal at no additional cost to you.
