Earlier today, YoPrint experienced a period of general unavailability due to a major global outage affecting Cloudflare—our network and security provider. This incident caused YoPrint to become inaccessible for many users, and others experienced intermittent errors or were unable to log in.

Cloudflare has been actively restoring service throughout the day. Based on both their updates and what we’re seeing internally, YoPrint is now stable and functioning normally for the vast majority of users. We are continuing to monitor closely to ensure full recovery.


What Happened

At 11:48 UTC, Cloudflare began experiencing an internal service degradation that impacted their global network. As Cloudflare sits in front of YoPrint for DNS, security, and network optimization, this outage directly caused YoPrint to become unavailable.

Throughout the incident, Cloudflare issued updates indicating:

  • Widespread errors and elevated latency across their network
  • Intermittent failures in services including Access, WARP, and application services
  • Temporary disabling of certain services (e.g., WARP access in London)
  • Ongoing fixes and redeployments as they worked toward global recovery
  • Progressive restoration of their dashboard, access services, and application services
  • Continued monitoring as error rates decreased

As of their latest update, Cloudflare reports improving conditions worldwide, though some residual instability may remain.

  • YoPrint is now stable and operational.
  • Performance and availability have returned to normal levels based on our monitoring.
  • A very small number of users may still experience login or session issues due to cached data.
