Shippo: Third Party Billing Support
Added support for UPS and FedEx third-party billing through Shippo. Customer shipping account information can now be saved and automatically applied when shipping to or on behalf of customers with their own carrier accounts.
Enhanced Service Permissions for Role-Based Access
Permission groups now offer granular controls that allow or restrict view, edit and creation of Services.
QuickBooks Online: Customer & Vendor Record Locking
We’ve introduced a new locking mechanism for customer and vendor records in QuickBooks Online. This feature protects your manual edits by preventing our sync process from overwriting your changes. Simply lock any record to keep complete control over customized details such as contact information, payment terms, and other important fields in Quickbooks Online.
Purchase Order Duplicate Detection Improvements
We’ve improved how duplicate Purchase Orders are detected across the platform:
- Create Page: PO ID now auto-regenerates before saving if the default ID hasn’t been edited. The app now automatically generates the next PO number in sequence upon saving if multiple users are creating a PO simultaneously.
- Create Page: Added a confirmation dialog when manually entering a PO ID that already exists.
- Edit Page: Enhanced duplicate detection to accurately identify existing duplicates when opening a Purchase Order.
- Detail Page: Warning icon now appears when a duplicate PO ID is detected.
Streamlined Quantity Entry
We removed the up and down arrows on the quantity field so they don’t get clicked by accident. You can still change the quantity by typing a number directly into the box.
Shipment Details View Enhancement
Receiver contact information is now visible in the Shipment Details view.
Full brand contact details are now visible when you hover over the Brand Profile in the Shipment Details dialog.
Users can now keep the Shipment Detail Dialog open after saving edits, making it easier to create packages or perform additional actions.
Shippo Label Creation Improvements
Shippo label creation now includes several enhancements for a smoother experience:
- Email and phone fields now displayed for both sender and recipient
- Sender details auto-fill when Brand Profiles are used
- Disabled the automatic population of recipient Company information when using Brand Profiles.
- Enforce a maximum of 12 packages per shipment in accordance with Shippo’s multi-package restrictions.
- Improved functionality of automatic weight and insured amount tools
Bug Fixes
🔧 Resolved an issue where the auto-pack feature added items to shipments in random order instead of following the sales order and job sequence.
🔧 Fixed issues with the automatic weight calculation and insured amount buttons in the Shippo Package creation dialog.
🔧 Fixed an issue where creating Shippo and external shipping labels incorrectly required sales order create/update permissions.
🔧 Fixed an issue with real-time syncing where deleting an invoice in one tab wouldn’t instantly reflect in other tabs viewing the same sales order.
🔧 Fixed an issue where adding, editing, or removing Apps could sometimes show incorrect error messages or edit warnings. We also resolved a bug that occasionally caused the page to crash when adding Apps.
🔧 Fixed an issue where the Activity Feed displayed Artwork Approval notifications when customers approved Order Approval Requests.
🔧 Resolved an issue where multiple users creating Purchase Orders simultaneously could be assigned the same ID number.
🔧 Fixed an issue where duplicate detection did not trigger immediately when opening the Purchase Order Edit page
🔧 Fixed an issue where deleted or inaccessible Sales Orders could still be opened through direct links and would get stuck on loading loop. These orders now correctly redirect to the dashboard. To view a deleted order, restore it from your deleted items
🔧 Resolved an issue preventing external QR code scanners from reading QR codes embedded in PDF documents.
