New Year, Better YoPrint: Fresh Updates & Bug Fixes

Hey everyone, we’re fresh and recharged for 2024, and already gearing up for major upgrades that are coming your way very soon, and in the meantime, we’re also working on the little things for a better user experience.

Change Address in Purchase Orders

You can now change the destination address to a custom address in Purchase Orders. This is useful for drop shipping orders where you can specify which location an order needs to be shipped to.

Right Click away!

Always wanted to right click on the list pages and quickly pull up actions? Well, now you can. Easily navigate through your next step with a simple click of your mouse.

New UI in Alignment with V2

The Customer List and Detail Pages have been redesigned to accommodate what’s coming in YoPrint V2. We promise you will love the new upgrades.

Shipment List and Detail Pages have also been redesigned to coordinate with YoPrint V2, which will be coming very soon. We can’t wait to share with you the whole thing!

We’ve also added little enhancements, for bigger and better impacts.

Copy Address With Just a Click

We’ve added a Copy Address button to various locations including Quotes, Sales Orders, Shipments, and Invoices.

Run Reports Seamlessly

To further curate your experience, a new Run Report button has been added to make it easier for you to re-run the reports as needed.

Filter Invoices by Customer

A new “Customer” option to Invoice Filters has also been added, which makes it easier for you to pull up invoices by customers.

Clean and Minimal Sales Order PDF

Should you prefer a cleaner and minimal look on your Sales Order PDF, you can now choose to not display services, as it is now an option.

Simply head to Configuration > General > PDF Configuration > Sales Order Options and proceed to Hide Services.

Feel free to work around what’s best for you.

Minor Bug Fixes

We fixed a bug where Shippo Icon was rendered too large in Apps page. We fixed a bug where sometimes the Vendor page not displaying the data correctly We fixed a bug where Ship by Date was not showing up in customer portal We fixed a bug where Sales Order Details Page is not displaying the tags correctly or has missing tags. We fixed a bug where images were not rendering properly in Custom PDFs That’s all for now. We’re gearing up for YoPrint V2, so do stay tuned for more updates!
