Redesigned Customer Portal

One of our popular features is our Customer Portal. Our Customer Portal allows your customers to view all their order details, make payments, and communicate with you. While this not only improves customer visibility, it also saves your time by allowing your customers to find the information they need without having to reach out to you. We have made some major refinements, and we are excited to share it with you!

New Dashboard

Our new Dashboard page allows your customers to see at a glance to see their credit, the total deposit due, the total amount due, and the total amount overdue. They can also see their pending approval requests as well as any active orders. Your logo is also prominently displayed.

New Sales Order Details Page

We have changed the design to better highlight the order pricing breakdown as well as payment details.

Updated Customer Messaging

We now allow your customers to message you without having to leave their Sales Order Details Page. The dialog interface makes messaging more convenient and allows your users to cross-reference any information they need on that page. If your customers respond to messages via email, it will be captured here.

UPS and FedEx Tracking

We now allow your users to see their shipment status from UPS / FedEx directly from our Customer Portal. No more copy-pasting tracking code.
