It’s April, and we are super excited to release features that we have been working on for a while now. We believe you are going to love these features.
Adding Custom Products
We’ve received many feature requests to add the ability to add products that are not part of your inventory or part of the product catalog to Sales Orders / Quotes. We’ve heard you, and we are happy to be able to release this feature finally.
Just click the “+ Custom” button, type in the name of the product, and we will automatically apply the service price to the unit price. You can always override the product price as you see fit.
Additional Job Details
We are all about efficiency and time-saving. When viewing jobs in your Sales Order, you can see most of the job details such as the service count, artwork approval status, and inventory allocation for the job. However, this doesn’t answer one important question. Does this job has mockups and production files attached to it. We are happy to announce that we’ve gone ahead and fixed this by adding mockup count and production count to the mix. You can now save a click.
Change your Currency Symbol
We’ve always had the option to choose your currency through our settings. However, up until this point, you could only select the country, and we will automatically decide what currency symbol to use. We now added the freedom for you to change the symbol if you need to.
Export Reports as Excel
Last but not least, we’ve made some updates to all of our reports pages. First, we now export what you see on the screen . You can use the filters/columns tab to drill down the data you are interested in and export just that information.
Secondly, for all Excel users out there, skip a step and download the reports as Excel files directly. Not using Excel? You can still use our CSV export.
Something so simple, we’re not sure what took us this long!
